Sections 1 to 6 are the Terms of Service as previously published. Sections 7 onward cover the parts of Aitch Rewards those terms did not yet reach.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aitch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Prizes and Rewards
All prizes offered through Aitch are virtual in nature and hold no real-world monetary value. Winners are selected based on their performance in our gaming challenges and leaderboard standings.
Prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Aitch. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel prizes without prior notice.
Leaderboard positions and prize eligibility are determined by points accumulated through participation in our games and challenges.
3. Gaming Conduct
Users must maintain respectful behavior while engaging with our platform. Any form of cheating, exploitation of bugs, or abuse of system mechanics will result in immediate disqualification from prizes and potential account suspension.
Aitch reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our gaming conduct policies without prior warning.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aitch services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of games or challenges. Results are determined by a combination of skill, chance, and participation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aitch during the three months preceding your claim.
6. Changes to Terms
Aitch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that age is higher, to hold an account or receive any prize from Aitch Rewards.
We may ask you to confirm your age or identity before a prize is sent. If we cannot reasonably satisfy ourselves that you meet this requirement, the prize will not be paid and the account may be closed.
8. One Account Per Person
Each person may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to claim rewards more than once — including through additional Discord accounts, additional email addresses, or accounts held by another person on your behalf — forfeits all points and prizes on every account involved.
Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account.
9. Points
Points are a scorekeeping device inside Aitch Rewards. They are not money, they hold no cash value, they cannot be transferred between accounts, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may correct, adjust, or remove points where they were awarded in error, through a fault in the site, or through activity that breaches these terms. Where we do so we will keep a record of the adjustment on your account.
Points do not expire while an account is active. Closing or terminating an account ends any claim to the points held in it.
10. Prize Fulfilment
Points Shop rewards are fulfilled by hand rather than automatically, so allow a reasonable time for delivery.
Some rewards require information from you before they can be sent, such as a Razed username or a postal address. That information is used only to deliver the reward you asked for.
Rewards described as a Razed tip or bonus require an account registered under Aitch’s referral code. If the account you nominate is not under that code, the reward cannot be paid.
11. House Games and Provable Fairness
The games on this site are played with points only. There is no deposit, no wager of real money, and no cash payout from them.
Outcomes are generated by a commit-and-reveal scheme: we publish a hash of the server seed before you play, the result is derived from that seed together with your client seed and a round counter, and the seed is revealed when it is rotated so any past round can be checked independently.
12. Member Submissions
Wins you submit to the Win Board must be your own and must be genuine. By submitting one you allow us to display it, including the amount, the game, your display name, and any link you provide, on this site and in stream or social content.
Every submission is reviewed before it appears. We may decline or remove any submission, and posting a win that is not yours is treated as a breach of section 3.
13. Third-Party Services
Aitch Rewards links to and depends on services we do not control, including Razed.com, Kick, and Discord. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.
Nothing on this site is an offer of gambling services. Any gambling takes place on a third-party operator’s site, under that operator’s terms and the law that applies to you.
14. Privacy and Your Data
When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord account ID, username, and email address. When you play, buy, or earn points we store the resulting entries on your account. When a reward needs delivery details, we store what you give us for that purpose.
Your public profile shows your display name, avatar, points, rank, join date, and the titles of rewards you have redeemed. Your email address, your betting activity, and any delivery details you have provided are private to you and to site administrators.
We do not sell your data. To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have your account and its data deleted, contact us using section 16.
15. Responsible Gambling
This site is entertainment. Gambling addiction is real, and no promotion, leaderboard, or reward here should be read as encouragement to spend more than you can comfortably lose.

You may ask us at any time to close your account and stop sending you rewards. We will act on that request without argument.
